Employable through Social Media: An Intervention Study

چکیده
This longitudinal, quantitative study contributes to the debate on technology-based professional development by examining extent which a learning (LinkedIn) intervention in university setting affects an individual’s social media use for development, and this relates self-reported employability. In addition, we investigated how relationship is moderated motivation communicate through (LinkedIn). Based capital theory conservation of resources theory, developed set hypotheses that were tested based longitudinal data collected from employees (N = 101) middle- high-level jobs. First, line with our expectations, was significantly higher after than before. Second, partially positively related employability dimension anticipation optimization.
